Dear Shane, I want to write and thank you for the recent service on my Jaguar. Not only did you find the source of the problem, but you fixed it promptly. As you recall, when my car would not start a couple of weeks ago, my former mechanic was sure that the timing belt was broken. He ran a number of diagnostic tests and insisted that the extent of the damage required me to get a new engine. A friend of work suggested I have it towed to your shop and get your opinion. I was astonished to hear you say that the engine was in excellent condition. You discovered the the problem was a dead battery and the cylinders were flooded. What a difference!! Dear Shane, I am so thankful for the excellent service you have been providing for my 2003 S-type Jaguar. You are truly the best service representative I have ever done business with and certainly the most honest. Before a good freind of mine recommended you I had been having my car serviced at two other Jaguar dealerships. I was never satisfied and always felt I was being overcharged. When I brought my car to you I asked you to take a look at the paper work indicating the service I had previously had done at other jaguar service departments you immediately noticed that I had been charged by the second service department for work that had recently been done by the first dealership and did not need to be done again. You even called the manager of the service department and discussed the matter with him. Thanks to you I was reimbursed for the charge. When I had a problem with the engine light coming on you told me that your service department needed to take another look at my car at no charge to me because that was a problem you had checked at my prior visit. In the thirty years or more that I have been having service done on my cars I have never been provided with such honest and excellent service. Dear Shane and Mike, Recently I was having problems with the performance of my Jaguar. It sputtered and coughed and didn't give me the performance I was used to. I would go to pass another car on the beltway and had to pull back into my lane as the car did not respond. After consulting with the both of you, it was determined that one or two of my coils might be bad. The only downside was that until a warning light appeared on the dash, I would have to wait for the computer to determine which coil(s) were at fault. I decided at that point to replace all of the coils at the same time. Since then, I can't tell you how much better my car has performed. It feels almsot as if it was the car I drove out of the dealership when I bought the Jag new. Please share my comments with your customers. Once one coil goes, replace the lot...These are my thoughts. Regards, Stan Kline
